Why I joined Stonewall Kickball DC: I joined SKDC for many reasons: my love of playing recreational kickball, the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends, and to help continue to build out a safe and inclusive space for our diverse community where LGBTQIA+ individuals can thrive. In my ~10 years in SKDC, it’s been amazing to see the league grow to what it is today, and I’m proud to be a part of the leadership team helping to set the path for our future success.
